The Life Project is a long-term health study that investigates lifestyle behaviors that optimize wellbeing. The research study is designed to study patterns, predictors, and strategies for improving human health and wellness. The Life Project aims to be the longitudinal study that cracks the code to life-long health, answering the question, “What keeps someone well?”. With the support of Lake Nona community, we are already finding interesting insights into factors that impact your well being.
