Join yoga and meditation instructor (and Lake Nona resident), Natalia Foote, for a weekly meditation class at Dockside every Wednesday morning from 7 to 8 a.m. Whether you’re an established meditation practitioner or a beginner looking to reap the rewards of meditation, Natalia will guide you through a 10 to 15-minute mind-body connection that will set the tone for your day. This is also a time to connect with your community, as the class begins with a quick meet-and-greet, and then contemplative reading and time for reflection and discussion.
