Seasonal Events Bring Festive Fun to Lake Nona

The festive season has officially begun in Lake Nona with a variety of events to keep you and your family busy through the end of the year. Everything from annual favorites to several new events are joining the lineup! Mark your calendars and prepare your festive outfits. Here’s a quick look at what’s to come this season.


Saturday, October 12 from 6-10 p.m.
Lakehouse (13623 Sachs Ave., Orlando, FL 32827)
Step back in time to the 1940’s during this comedic whodunit murder mystery dinner show where audience votes can bring about a turn of events. Dress in your best black and white glam for this comic tribute to the Bogart movies of the 1940’s and enjoy a three-course meal catered by Canvas Restaurant. Tickets are all-inclusive and $55 per person. Due to the nature of this show, guests must be at least 16 years of age.

October 17-21, 24-27 and 31
Boxi Park (6877 Tavistock Lakes Blvd, Orlando, FL 32827)
Halloween at Boxi Park brings two weeks of spooks and scares to Lake Nona beginning October 17 featuring themed food and drink specials, costume contests, pumpkin decorating, live music and more.

This not-so-scary party features costume contests for pets, children and adults, a candy apple bar, face painting, games, live music and more treats.

Saturday, November 9 from 4-8 p.m.
Crescent Park (8374 Upper Perse Cir, Orlando, FL 32827)
Bring the whole family to the first annual Lake Nona Town Harvest featuring top 40 cover band Stereo FM, scarecrow stilt walkers, acrobatic surprises and more! Oversized tractors, hay bales and pumpkins create the perfect cozy photo op. Enjoy delicious treats from food trucks It’s All Greek to Me, Bloque 45 and Guacamoli Co., a beer garden, and a large Kid’s Zone sponsored by Laureate Insurance Partners for toddlers to teens!

Friday, November 29 to January 5 from 4-10 p.m.
Lake Nona Town Center (6900 Tavistock Lakes Boulevard Orlando, FL 32827)
Lake Nona Town Center transforms into a winter wonderland with a skating rink, snow flurries, classic holiday movies, carolers, jolly appearances by Santa Claus and a mailbox for letters to the North Pole. Enjoy a glass of mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and other holiday favorites at this fully decked-out holiday experience.

Dress up your dog (or family member of your choice) for a holiday parade around Crescent Park. Enjoy food trucks, carolers and an amazing photo-opportunity with visitors from the North Pole. Spoiler alert – real reindeer!
