With Lake Nona’s incredible year-round weather, Nona Adventure Park has fun and adventure like no other. The park features activities on land and lake for all ages and skill levels with a floating obstacle course, water sports cable park and more.
Nona Adventure Park recently added new activities and is open from 12 to 6 p.m. daily.
Here are some ways to spend time outside and stay cool this summer:

Get your float on with daily paddleboard and kayak rentals by SUP & Skiff Outfitters Orlando. For two hours each, you can rent a single kayak for $10, a tandem kayak for $20 or a paddle board for $10. Bring your own kayak or paddle board for $5! Click here to reserve.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, experienced swimmers are invited into the park early for a two-hour, $5 open swim along the 1.1 kilometer (0.6 mile) floating walkway from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Even though lifeguards are on duty, this activity is limited to experienced swimmers only.

What’s the perfect snack to enjoy after a day of adventure? A slushie or ice cream at Splashes Bistro! With delicious pizza, pasta and more, there is something tasty for everyone to enjoy in the shade under a full canopy. Dive into your meal with sunset views in a relaxing outdoor dining space along the water. Splashes Bistro is also now available to order for delivery on Uber Eats!

Looking for a unique party venue or team building experience where your group can connect and have fun outside at a safe distance? The park offers rental packages with a dedicated park guide, good food and one-of-a-kind experiences customized to meet the needs of your group starting at $200. Email [email protected] to connect with a group coordinator for help planning and reserving your event date.
