Morning Meditation

This morning gathering is open to all, from beginners to practitioners with a well-established practice. We begin with a short meet and greet and then move into a 10-15-minute guided meditation. 

There is a contemplative reading and time for reflection and discussion. We always end with a 3-minute, 3 question, meditation to embrace the day ahead. 

Social distancing is practiced and chairs are provided. Feel free to bring a mat or meditation pillow if that is preferred.

Please note: There will be a limited amount of students who can attend as well as new rules for classes in place.

Social Distancing Rules for meditation: 
– Classes will be limited to 20 people 
– Please bring your own meditation pillow/mat/block 
– Distance 6 ft apart
