Morning Meditation – Dockside

Wednesday May 27 7:00am

We are excited to be resuming in person classes again. However, there will be a limited amount of students who can attend as well as new rules for classes in place. Please see new rules below.

Additionally, the class will take place outside on the beach side of Dockside.

NEW Class time will be 7:00 AM on Wednesday.

Social Distancing Rules for meditation:
– Classes will be limited to 20 people
– Please bring your own meditation pillow/mat/block
– Distance 6 ft apart

Early risers will enjoy our meditation sessions where techniques will be taught to create a calm state of mind. Train attention to awareness and achieve mental and emotional calm.
