Morning Meditation – Dockside

Come clear your mind and enjoy a little namaste with us! Train attention to breathing and awareness and achieve mental and emotional calm. This class is open to all residents of Lake Nona.

Please note: There will be a limited amount of students who can attend as well as new rules for classes in place. 

Social Distancing Rules for meditation:
– Classes will be limited to 20 people
– Please bring your own meditation pillow/mat/block
– Distance 6 ft apart
