Ready to Run Nona

This year’s Virtual Run Nona 5K & Nemours Kids Run will look a little different than it has in the past. Even though we won’t be running together, we can still cheer each other on with new technology via the Real-Time Remote Racing app that allows you to race with others while receiving real-time data to track your race!

Celebrate the satisfaction of participating in the Run Nona 5K along your go-to running or walking route or try exploring somewhere new. We’ve mapped out a few 5K options that will take you around Lake Nona including routes through different neighborhoods and a loop that will take you past some of Lake Nona’s iconic community artwork.
