New home sales on the rise in Lake Nona
A collection of builders offers a variety of home styles for every neighbor
This May, Lake Nona reported the highest number of new home contracts to date. With six active-selling neighborhoods, there are plenty of options for new homebuyers to choose from.
Topping the leaderboard in rising residential sales is our newest neighborhood, Isles of Lake Nona. The waterfront community is currently under construction off Narcoossee Road and sits along a large inter-connected network of ponds, similar to the VillageWalk neighborhood.
While both neighborhoods wake up to water views, each has its own variety of customizable Pulte Homes, one of eight active builders in Lake Nona. Pulte is also behind the luxury estates in the Enclave at VillageWalk and offers modern townhomes in Somerset Crossings and single-family homes in Laureate Park.
Laureate Park features more than a handful of builders including brilliantly colored single-family and townhome designs from David Weekley Homes, neoclassical Taylor Morrison options, and wellness designs by Craft Homes. In addition to single-family homes, builder Ashton Woods Homes is working on plans for new townhomes within walking distance of Laureate Park Village Center.
Other builders in Laureate Park include Dream Finders Homes, Envy Homes, and Arturo Barcellona Homes. Laureate Park is recently began expanding west along Nemours Parkway where new homes are currently under construction.
Lake Nona is home to six neighborhoods actively-selling new homes including Laureate Park, Enclave at VillageWalk, Gatherings of Lake Nona, Isles of Lake Nona, Somerset Crossings, and Lake Nona Golf & Country Club.
In addition to an assortment of home styles, each Lake Nona neighborhood offers its own tailored amenities including high-speed internet, community gardens, pocket parks, and playgrounds.
With a variety of home builders and home types, there’s a home in Lake Nona for everyone.
