Lake Nona Wellness Performance Center

The Lake Nona community will soon be home to the next generation of fitness facilities.

So much more than a gym, the Lake Nona wellness center will be a combined sports performance institute, medically-integrated fitness facility and community wellness destination that will take Lake Nona to the next level of sophisticated health.

The new, 110,000+-square-foot center will be located across the street from Lake Nona Medical City, in the second phase of development of the Lake Nona Town Center. The world-class complex will be fully outfitted with first-class equipment from Technogym, as well as a 40-yard sprint track, indoor climbing wall, and indoor and outdoor pools, among others.

The Lake Nona wellness center will offer health and wellbeing programs tailored to every fitness level providing customized programs for residents, families and elite athletes.  Featuring a personalized approach, each member will have a data-driven fitness program and profile updated in real time. This will be a unique wellness experience, and one of the most comprehensive in the region.

Community programming and onsite activities will be featured part of the campus, as the Lake Nona wellness center works to bridge the elite performance, medical and educational services to be accessible by everyone.  Designated childcare and active play areas will make it easier for busy families to engage and achieve their fitness goals.

The announcement came during the final day of the Lake Nona Impact Forum, which along with in-depth discussions among medical innovators and leaders, included a series of sports and fitness panels featuring champion athletes, performance training, and creating healthier citizens.

The innovate Lake Nona wellness center is made possible thanks to a partnership with Signet, LLC and its subsidiary, Integrated Wellness Partners.
