Park Pizza introduces three new holiday brews and more

Say cheers! Park Pizza & Brewing Co. is serving up the holiday season with three new beers and a bourbon lemonade too.

Sugar Plum Pixie is a fairy gone sour with a blend of the tart and slightly salty characteristics of a traditional gose with plums and cloves reminiscent of grandma’s Christmas jam. She’s sour, salty, sweet and spiced at 4.2% abv.

Uncle Krampus is an Imperial Porter spiced with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and brown sugar. But don’t be fooled by its sugar, spice and everything nice. Its dark roasted malt and high ABV percentage (9.5% abv) make him strong and bitter. Watch out!

The third, Laureate Lager is brewed in collaborations with Maker’s Crafted Malts, founded by our friend and Laureate Park neighbor Matt Enns. This dark Munich-style Lager is 4.5% abv., smooth, rich and complex yet surprisingly quaffable. Malty notes of toasted pumpernickel, raisins and roasted barley dominate with a balanced German hop profile in the finish.

Beyond beer, enjoy a Ginger Bourbon Lemonade made with Makers Mark and infused with orange, lemon, muddled with ginger and finished with Park Pizza’s homemade lemonade.
