The campus is an integral part of Lake Nona's growing health & life sciences cluster. The UCF Health Sciences Campus includes the medical school’s new medical education facility, featuring the latest in lab and classroom technology, as well as its Burnett Biomedical Sciences building.

The Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences offers undergraduate and graduate programs in the biomedical sciences and research programs focused on cancer and cardiovascular, neurological and infectious diseases. This facility intends to translate laboratory findings into new cures for patients across the globe.
